Return Policy

Currently we are not accepting any return of good or products or services once sell to buyers.

All registered sellers on globalyogaschools.com/ with Global Yoga Schools® (GYS) platform are authorised Distributors or Dealers or Direct Billers or the sellers or the tutors or the instructors from companies/ organisations/ NGO (Not for Profit)/ Institutions for the products which they made available on this platform for selling purpose. So, the products you purchased are genuine, original. In case, the product got tampered, license used before it sell (but not in the hands of buyer) our sellers will replace that with new one post investigation by Acertifyz team, when the reason for the refund or replacement is deemed fit as mentioned in “Cancellation & Return Policy” with in the specified time as 24 Hours or 1 day. Acertifyz is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred to buyers or sellers in any form, we are only providing platform services to connect buyers and sellers, where we are nowhere verifying the material physically. Whatever such things please write us on our customer care. For any hardware, software, Technical Issues, License, Installation and services, go through the respective brand website to resolve your issue, or to register a complaint against your problem facing with the product to the consent brand customer care. Return policy will be updated time to time without any notice to the users. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Price: Fee for the course shown on our platform are all inclusive of GST as per Indian Laws. Base fee is inclusive of actual fee and convenience fee. Course Fee= Base fee + GST. User has to pay the exchange charges in addition to the Price of the product by international users.

Cancellation of Order

  • Cancellation of order by buyer: Cancellation will not be allowed once sellers confirm the order. Cancellation of the product will be allowed before the product has been confirmed by the seller, once the course commencement procedure starts the buyer not able to cancel the ordered product or service which they have ordered.
  • Cancellation of enrolled course (if applicable): Cancellation or withdrawing from the course will be calculated and refund will be processed as per the below method:

  • No refund to users out of India will be allowed once the order has been confirmed in any form.
  • Refund policy is only applicable to virtual trainings, tuitions, one-to-one trainings (applicable only if refundable option is provided by the seller) Refund policy is not applicable to the services (Payments once made were not refundable) comes under assessments, certifications exam fee, one-to-one training (not applicable if it a complete onetime fee not refundable), awareness programs, entrepreneur trainings, life skills workshops, education admissions, collection of exam fee, hackathons, coding clubs, memberships, subscription, registration for edtech fairs, technical fest registrations, journals & paper publications, affiliated course selling or which comes under the same meaning.

  • Cancellation of order by seller: It is under the sole discretion of seller to accept cancelling the order on his own at any time for any reason. Acertifyz or its associates or its partners are not liable for any losses or damages caused to buyer due to cancellation of order by seller.
  • Return or Replacement or Refund or Exchange: Acertifyz is not liable for any damages caused to buyer because of seller violating RRRE policy, Acertifyz may share the details of seller to such buyer to resolve their dispute. Acertifyz is not facilitating any Buyer protection Program bit we may try our level best to clear the dispute which brings to our notice through disputes@globalyogaschools.com, Acertifyz is only platform provider.

In case of international delivery, we won’t accept return or replacement or cancellation of such order once it is dispatched or processed.

  • Non-Refundable: Products which are marked as not returnable are not cover under RRRE Policy.
  • Buyer has to raise refund request with proper reason through our customer care or through MY account page of platform with in 1 (One) day or within the same day after receiving the product by buyer by contacting our customer care. Return is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased in the original condition to the seller along with the original packing, MRP “Maximum Retail Price” tags, Not activated, Note used or which may to be consider to accept the return request by seller which are purchased on this platform. On return of the product there are chances or replacement or refund based on the case, which may vary product to product. If seller disagrees a return request even there is a valid reason. Buyer can file a dispute directly on seller to our customer care. In case of product was delivered (in digital format like license code through email, message and in admissible digital format or downloaded) directly by the seller to buyer, (In this type of return request you have to raise return request through our customer care, Acertifyz not liable for any delays or problem). Seller may reject the return or refund request raised by the buyer if reason is not valid or not to be consider.
  • Virtual downloaded file: In case of downloadable files there is no return or refund after purchase. In case of any license purchase buyer is no allowed to cancel the order and there is no refund for such purchase.
  • Replacement: Replacement of product is not allowed. We will refund the 100% actual cost to the user. It may under the sole discretion of platform provider only. It is applicable in case of tampered or defective license or data which is different from the actual within 1 (One) day or within the same day after receiving the product by buyer from our delivery partner by contacting our customer care. Reasons like tampered, different product not as shown on our platform may be consider after detailed investigation before accepting refund. In case of refund accepted within 7 business working days, buyer may get the refund amount of the product purchased as per the refund policy.

Exchange: Currently we are not facilitating any exchange policy. Exchange is a scheme offered by the seller on his own. Exchange means the seller may take the older or used product from the buyer and giving him new product or as mentioned under the product description. The benefit of exchange will be availed by buyer in from of cash discount which is directly provide by seller. Buyer has to pay the difference amount of original cost to exchange cost.

Refunds: There could be situations when customers or buyers request a refund of the payments made for the products or services purchased or availed after cancellation or returned of the same to seller on Acertifyz website or on its mobile application. If the product is returned by buyer or cancelled by buyer the refund amount will be refunded back after deducting transaction charges, taxes or any other charges which may to be considered from the total paid for product to buyer actual mode of payment within 15 business working days. No refund will be allowed for International Users or for payment received out of India.

Refund if not available in case of the user or buyer not belongs to India once the fee or payment paid is irreversible – No refund is allowed or accepted if user is International.

  • Time taken to refund: It will take 15 business working days for the refund after getting confirmation by the seller that product was received in good condition and actual condition (Time taken to refund = 15 business working days + time taken to get confirmation by seller). Our trusted payment gateway partners do not charge you for refunds. However, delivery charges, transaction charges, fees and tax charged for a captured payment will not be reversed.
