We are not charging any shipping fee from the users. So, shipping policy is not applicable.

2. What is the estimated delivery time?

There are specific delivery timelines as all the course content or products available in the digital nature.

3. Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold by Sellers on GYS?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on GYS. List prices are final and all-inclusive of all taxes. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay for the product. There are no delivery charges applicable for us where we are not delivering any products physically to our users in any form.

4. Why is the Cash on Delivery (COD) option not offered in my location?

We are not offering any cash on delivery option as all the services or products sale on acetifyz.com are digital in nature.

5. I need to return an item or product; how do I arrange for a pick-up?

There no opportunity for the Return of any product because we are not delivering any product physically. So, return policy s not applicable.

6. Do registering for a course on GYS will give delivery anything?

If buyer registers for a course on this platform, there will be no delivery to give. Classes will be held virtually or any course content which is already recorded and stored on servers will be allowed to access by the student or buyer for a particular service of product they purchased which will be on one time mode or under subscription mode. Then the status of such product is marked as delivered automatically. The same is applicable for any downloadable content or material or license keys or any digital services for activation.
